“Very disappointed in this store. Long term customer and my recent purchase was delivered to the wrong community box number accidentally and was never recovered. They will not offer any replacement or refund as its against their policy and it shows as "delivered". So much for working with the customer and trying to solve issues that come up. Very sad, Im out $250 now and will not be going back to their store. Completely avoidable and unnecessary.”
“I purchased a shirt at the Slipknot concert from there booth on Friday went to there store Sat spent another 180 found out that there shirts run small so my wife and I had to bump our sizes up. Told them i had an un opened shirt at home from the concert and they said i would have to email. Well long story short they will not let me bring that unopened shirt back to exchange it. Unfortunately i like there products but will never buy from them again. Other companies make the same type of items.”
“This company is just greedy and I’m wondering how they’re even still around. If you buy something from their website, good luck getting an exchange or return if it doesn’t fit. They make it nearly impossible to pass their guidelines for a return. They denied my return because they said I didn’t lint roll it well enough! What company does that?? Plus they make you pay for shipping! Even if their product is severely mis-sized. I ordered the same size from their website numerous times that fit just fine, but I got one item that was definitely much smaller than what it was marked as. But the customer pays for the mistake! Worst customer service ever, there’s not even a number you can call. I would highly recommend avoiding this clothing company! They should mark on their website “all sales are final” since it’s so difficult to exchange or return an item.”
