“My partner and I booked two day sessions to mark the progress we were making against abuse, depression, and other mh/physical issues. This was all conveyed to the girl we booked with, Jade Clark. Prior to our appointments, we began receiving unsolicited messages harassing us for a negative review we left for a nearby studio that lied about registration and left us scarred.
We tried making a private complaint about the harassment to part-owner of the studio, Leah Elphick. Instead of talking to us and addressing the complaint, she immediately gave all of our information (including personal details) to the offending member of staff. This is despite us asking that all info be kept private due to concerns of further harassment.
It’s sad because the work Jade does is pretty good, but her decision to pick a fight to protect someone that abused their customers is beyond all reasoning.”
