“I ordered a book at April 1-2022, I haven’t received after months. I accidentally wrote next street's postal code which i used to live but in my country they don't even look at postal codes. The address itself is important. This company can’t track the shipment after delivering to other countries, it seems so I wanted to cancel my order. They said they’ll cancel it after they receive the book back and they told me to give them more time every time I emailed them. Now they don't even bother to reply. If your order is lost your money is gone since they don't take any responsibility.”
