“Travelled up from Wiltshire to pick up a small nozzle from the parts department , on arrival got a very frosted reception from the lady on the front desk who abruptly indicated that parts was closed Monday and should have checked the web site(helpful).
On route out was asked by a nice chap how my Day was , explained my woe,s and within minutes my small part was in my hand.big thank you to the two very helpful guys saved me another trip up.
Would have been a pleasant visit if the lady on the front desk been a bit more helpful and hospitable (not the first time this has happened).”
