“Nice product but the listed delivery time of 2 weeks (which is bad enough) turned into 23 days. Their customer service is as pitiful as their shipping/delivery service.
I will never buy anything from them again. Hard to believe they can stay in business.”

“I purchase clothes through Blair for my mother-in-law who is elderly and lives 3 hours away. Every time I have ordered clothes, I pay $12.99 for shipping that the website states will take 6-12 days. They never arrive within that timeframe, or do I receive an email that the clothes have been shipped. I have to call Blair so that the clothes will ship and then they arrive after I have a scheduled visit with my MIL. That results in me having to take another 6 hour round trip to get her clothes to her. I will not be ordering from Blair anymore.”
