We then replied informing you this would be investigated and looked into. We provided you with a resolution on Wednesday 19th.

You received some product which had damaged packaging, which we were not aware of as this was in other outer cartons. Upon you contacting us, we replied in a timely manner to offer you solutions, either as a refund, credit note or replacement.
You then got back to us on Friday evening at 20:47 (whilst we were closed) and left this review because we did not reply or issue the credit note until Monday morning, when we opened.
Your credit note was issued and problem resolved. We always try to be competitive on pricing and generally our prices are better than other wholesalers on most lines.
