“Bloody useless company. I understand you could possibly be understaffed or something however it’s ridiculous you HAVE to be a team member to book public swimming on the app and website but when you call to book, they don’t even answer! I’ve called 8 times today and my partner called 9 times (all throughout the day) and no one answered! Crazy to think this company is still going on. Not to mention yesterday, how rude the lady was to us when we ask how it worked to book etc!!!”
