“Really unhappy with this company. Had customs blinds ordered that said they would take 3-5 days working days. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and completely in the wrong size. No instructions, when I entered our order number on the website to retrieve the instructions they said the order number was wrong so we had to figure them out on our own. Avoid this company!”
“Very poor experience with this company. In time for Xmas offer was delivered Jan 3rd, dispatch was tracked as Dec 19th. When blinds arrived, they had no cassettes. When called to order cassettes, they were put as an additional parts order rather than a missing order. They were supposed to be expedited - usual production time 7-10 days. Its day 10 today. No tracking information. Customer service told me they were dispatched on 7th. Had to chase management for an update. Was told still in production. Disgraceful service. Avoid.”
“I ordered three blinds. Two were fine, but the third was about an inch short. I contacted the company who sent a replacement. Sadly the replacement was even shorter. In the end, I just gave up.”
“I order 6 blinders with them and it’s the third time that I got the wrong fitting, I am not able to install it, it is very frustrating and the costumer support is not good as well. I don’t recommend them at all!!! It is causing me a huge headache!”
