I demand immediate action regarding the blatant discrepancy in my order. Despite requesting 85cm roller blinds, you errorneously dispatched 82cm blinds instead. In response to my legitimate complaint, Tara Hannon callously asserted that the material is expected to arrive at 82.3cm,( as my photo evidence shows) - citing this as if it were common knowledge. However, your failure to communicate this during the ordering process is entirely your own fault.
Had you transparently disclosed your intention to send 82cm blinds, I would have vehemently opposed such an arrangement. Now, I find myself burdened with a product that falls significantly short of my expectations, thanks to your deceptive practices.
It is both unjust and ludicrous that I am expected to bear the consequences of your company's incompetence. To exacerbate matters, Tara Hannon's audacious claim that there is no returns or exchange policy further compounds the absurdity of this situation. I refuse to be penalized for an error that is unequivocally yours.
I demand an immediate refund, and rest assured, I will return your product promptly. Your lack of accountability in this matter is appalling, and I insist on a resolution without further delay.”
“Terrible quality control. First delivery completely wrong fabric (and delivered to wrong address). Replacement was right fabric but wrong colour. Got it right 3rd time but took ages to sort out. Gave us a small discount but left us with 4 unwanted blinds to get rid of. Shame, as quality is good and we have used them before without a problem.”

We've waited in for a whole day, been sent to a shop to collect THE WRONG ORDER.
