I have tried twice to use this online service, both times they have failed to deliver as agreed. You are told the item is out for delivery and then at 3:30 to 4 pm they will send a email that requests an alternate delivery date. They are happy to refund your money but have absolutely no comprehension of the meaning of special days. You will not be told which florist they are using and will not offer any explanation. DO NOT USE if the actual date is of any importance.”
“Bloom is a long-running company that make silk flowers. I have repeatedly ordered from them as the flowers look very realistic and last for ages. I personally prefer fake flowers and foliage as they don't die and have very little display prep. The company also provides scents and silk cleaner so you can keep your flowers looking great over time. The website is easy to navigate and Bloom email immediately to acknowledge your order and when the items are dispatched. I would highly recommend them.”
