Took two days for customer service to respond with a refund for the candle and a discount for future sales (which I wouldn’t ever use now).

Flowers delivered to the wrong address (and 24h late), for a person that it is leaving the country the same week, so not possible to reschedule a delivery. I just discovered the issue because the person that received the flowers called me. You had my phone number and the phone number of the person receiving the flowers (+ her name, of course), but did not double check. I demand a full refund and you are not answering.

I emailed the company and asked for a full refund, they replied 4 days later and did not reply to the refund request however did apologize and offered to send the flowers again.

Finally offered a very poor refund with no compensation for the missing items or disappointment experienced.

Eventually got a condescending email with no real apology telling me that they had refunded me for the gifts .

I contacted DPD they confirmed never collected the parcel i emailed Bloom for a response which i received none and today 01/05/2020 email to say Flowers may be lost and can deliver next week have requested a full refund.

I handed over 70 euro for flowers what an absolute joke the flowers wouldn’t even cost 5 euro the most miserable bunch of flowers I’ve ever received absolutely disgusted and won’t even answer my emails beware of this florist I want a total refund
