“Overall great experience! My mom really liked both the flowers and the gift box. The delivery was on time. However, the size of the flowers bouquet was much smaller than I expected for a Luxe size.”

“My wife received her beautiful flowers, balloon and fairy floss. Unfortunately, it was bit disappointing as she did not receive her chocolate as stated in description of what I selected.”
“The presentation, products and flowers were sensational and high quality. I did need to contact the customer line to follow up a delivery timing issue, and although my issue wasn't solved, the lady was a good communciator and tried her best to be helpful. Just dont request delivery before 11:30am for Perth is the key message.”
“Excellent service and I gather the flowers were fine for the recipient, Suzanne, but I would hacecoreferred them to be delivered in the morning to ensure that she received them before going out for lunch .. I did not see a spot when booking for time but presumed as I booked with plenty of time it woukd be an early delivery rather than leave at the door situation. I would try and jncorlirate it in animal or sk show eith delivery details next time, and hope there is a space for it, otherwise tops and woukd use again.”
