“Arrangement was not delivered to the location requested (school office). The florist would not call me to discuss, but rather sent a one sentence email claiming delivery was made.
I contacted BN and they checked with the florist that their husband made the delivery - handing the arrangement to "security" @ 7AM!! (There is NO "security" at this school and deliveries should be between 8/9:00-5:00)
I requested BloomNation refund my money, and I was told I need to ask the florist.
I ordered with BN, but they were telling me to take it up with the florist???
I was going to contact my CC company to dispute the charges as I paid for a product that wasn't received, but the next morning a pitiful arrangement was delivered.
Not the upgraded quality I paid for. See picture attached...does it look like a $90 arrangement???
And now since SOMETHING was received I have no recourse.

“As a florist - I highly recommend you do your research before working with Bloomnation. Not enough places out there to leave a review. Customer service is basic and the "Support Team" is even worse. Nothing gets done and I am left frustrated. Buyer beware - Bloomnation is NOT a florist. They are a marketplace trying to send your orders to partner flower shops. They keep a huge percentage of what you pay and the florist gets what's left to fill your order. Buy Local. Find an actual flower shop in your area and call them.”
