“Late yesterday evening we realised that we had a bumble bee nest somewhere in our roof or eaves. This morning I called various pest control companies for advice. He crawled around the loft and identified the nest and was able to remove it safely for relocation at a local farm. The colony remained unharmed and so no ecological harm was done and the buzzing in our wall has gone. Eliot was at our house for less than an hour and the problem is now solved.
