“I had booked meet and greet service at Luton Airport for 12th Oct. Unfortunately the Luton Airport fire occurred 36 hrs before my drop off. The service was not available, no alternative arrangements were in place. Phone calls to blue circle we're never answered. I therefore had to make alternative arrangements. Now they are refusing too issue a refund of the £81 despite the admission that the service was unavailable therefore resulting in a failure to honour the contract.
Avoid like the plaque. If you have a problem you'll be on your own.”
