I did a bank transfer for 50g of a product, after a couple weeks of trying to find out what the delay was I eventually received it. So I decided to order 100g, another couple weeks went by & I was told by Lucas that he forgot to send it. More weeks went by & still nothing. I was trying to contact them for ages & was told he forgot to send it again. Still more weeks went by & was eventually told it was probably stopped by customs as Ireland has a low success rate of delivery! They don't offer tracked delivery so there's no proof that it was actually sent & was basically told tough luck! Over €350 out of pocket. Be very careful, these can't be trusted. But maybe I'm just unlucky..”

Their excuse this time was it must have been stopped by customs as Ireland is very hard to deliver to! That was news to me! Some guy called Lucas basically told me tough luck. Don't lose your money here people”
