“The gel 'water' has big bubbles at the ends of the stems, which causes the effect to look fake. I mentioned this (with photos) to customer service and they said it looked 'within their range of satasfactory work' ... which only tells me they have low standards for what 'satasfactory' is. Needless to say, I would not recommend if you want a real look.”

“I cannot recommend Blue Paris Flowers enough -- their silk arrangement products are first-class. Communication was excellent, with emails for "received order," "order shipped," "order is out for delivery," and "order has been delivered" (I used UPS ground). Finally, I don't remember seeing packing any better than theirs. Both heavy-duty cardboard boxes were so well wrapped that it took me nearly 30 minutes to take each one apart. If one is looking for a quality silk flower product, coupled with an impeccable customer experience, then Blue Paris Flowers is without a doubt the place to go.”

The only recommendation that I have for Blue Paris is that you make it nearly impossible to contact you via phone. You seem to purposely hide your number from the public. That’s not good!
