I have tried to telephone you to discuss the issues you have raised, it is unfortunate that this is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction with the products, and consequently we haven’t been given the opportunity to put this right for you.
We always send proof approvals / visuals for our client’s approval prior to commencement of printing so am very surprised the finished goods did not meet your expectations.
