“My friend was falsely accused and you let him no choice. You made him homeless, you cut his salary and you didn't want to get involved when everybody is innocent until proven guilty. You, as healthcare recruiters know that many carers are falsely accused of things they haven't done and you should be ashamed of letting a person without any pay and homeless as you have recruited him from his country, knowing he was in the UK all alone. When a carer is accused of something he/ her gets suspended during investigation. I believe all of your future carers should know you will let them down in case this occurs (which is something that can happen dealing with people with dementia)”
“You know something ? I’m a senior carer and Bluerock after almost three years working for them pay me 8,25 per hour, similar with people which are working for them only for one year. So what’s the point? This year on April the minimum wage was up with 30 pp per hour, money which I didn’t see coming on my actual wage . I try to contact them to ask them to support me further in my development as a senior carer , but nobody answer to my messages, so I’ve start doing NVQ3 from my own money. So forget about being supported as they should do as an employer. I’m really disappointed by the lack of interest which this organisation shows for us , which we are making money for them .”
