My father tried the capsules and didn't suit him at all. He had burning sensation in his stomach, loss of appetite and taste.

I’m really sorry to hear about your father’s experience with the capsules. This is certainly concerning, but I must mention that we’ve never encountered reports of these particular symptoms before, and it’s highly unlikely they’re directly caused by our capsules. Customer service is terrible jars are broken every time I receive now. Was better when company used plastic so I order product from another Company now

If you buy the powder its red, if you buy the capsules it's grey. I don't understand why the difference, but my purchase of the pill has shown some odd effects. Part of the benefits of this product is Inflammation Management per this company’s website. I have RA and a couple days after starting on the capsules, my inflammation and pain has become much worse. I have been taking for almost a month now, and I am considering dumping the rest of this garbage down the toilet. There is no logical reason why the powder and contents of a pill should be any different. Just because there is a label on something doesn't mean that is actually what is inside. Maybe it's time to have it independently tested.

We understand how this inconsistency can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. The difference is due to the capsules containing a pure seed extract, and since the seed is brown/beige, the powder in the capsules is the same color. The powder, however, is from an earlier batch, which contains whole berry extract. We're truly sorry to hear about the odd effects you experienced after taking the capsules. It is important to us that our product provides the benefits of inflammation management as advertised on our website. One has to remember, however, that this is a natural supplement, and it may not be the answer to all types of inflammation.
