“I liked how the flowers were arranged in a bouquet, not just shoved in a box. Was pleased there was a flower food sachet included too! I bought the flowers for my daughter's birthday as we talked about people might know they're from B&M, but you wouldn't know! She loved them! They were fresh and had several days of enjoying them opening up. Very impressed! Would order again! I'm a plant & flower lover 🥰💐”

“Couldn't tell you - they've still not shown up! I ordered last week for Saturday delivery on a 24h guaranteed delivery and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered to my mum. They'll be compost by the time they arrive. And your customer service was no help either”
