“Awful! I ordered flower to be delivered next day which didn’t arrive! I emailed to ask where they were with no reply so I am not £30 out of pocket! Not recommended”

“first time i used them exerlent, this time, it said free delivery, then would not give it me as opption. sain recomende 5.95 track postage. it was not free and they want to charge this for every item purchased. so £3.99 BEAR IS PLUS 5.95 THIS IS NOT RIGHT. JET TO SEE IF IT ARRIVES ON TIME. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT IT DOES AS THEY GO AWAY THAT EVENING.”

“I am a regular shopper and fan of B&M and saw they did online flower delivery. I sent some flowers and chocolates to my friend using this service. Not only were they half the price of everyone else online, they service and quality was superb. My friend could not believe how beautiful the flowers were and I would HIGHLY recommend and DEFINITELY use for all my online flower deliveries.”
