“Flowers were lovely but ordered them next day delivery for a birthday. They arrived two days after being ordered and no explanation was given for why they weren’t delivered on time. Tracked delivery just said unable to attempt delivery today. Also when I ordered it said I would get an email when delivery dispatched. No email received had to log into account to check progress. I was worried flowers would die as in depot so long.”
