“I used this company for the first time two weeks ago. Lovely flowers and excellent customer services. I have a special fund raising event in my garden this weekend and have ordered two more bouquets. Looking forward to receiving them.”

“I ordered some flowers for my friend who was going through a tough time a week ago. These have still not arrived. There have been no attempts for them to arrive and staff have continuously told me dates that they would arrive and they have not. No refund is being offered and i have already had to go elsewhere as i can not trust these will be delivered now as the friend is going back to work tomorrow. Awful customer service. Refund please.”
