“The flowers did not arrive yesterday .as ordered, and they have not been delivered today.They were for the anniversary of the death of my friends mother so very dissapointind”

“Awful experience. I left the last number off part of the postcode. Rather than calling me (number was provided), the flowers were not sent. It cost me £30 and I've been offered a credit of £15 (which I haven't even received). I am told I am the one at fault for picking the free delivery option and this means they aren't prepared to call if there is a query with the address. I wouldn't recommend”

“Beautiful flowers delivered - recipient loved them. Only criticism is for Royal Mail who left the box behind a bin and didn't leave any advice they were there, so they were out all night in the rain. So well packaged the flowers were not affected, just soggy packaging”

“My friend was really pleased with her flowers, but she didn't know who had sent them. There was no message, and I did put a message on the website. The flowers were really fresh and well wrapped. A good price too, and delivered quickly.”
