“easy to use website, excellent price and exactly as displayed flowers (just check that you order the size of bunch of flowers that you want) delivered well protected. Delayed a day by royal mail, but not a problem for me, could be if for an occasion .”

“Flowers actually seemed fine. But ordered extras with it which were substituted for an unwanted alternative without being given the choice for a refund instead. Also the website does not work on mobile, the payment processing just fails in an infinite loop so had to give up and move to a desktop computer to place the order. Good prices but maybe you get what you pay for.”

“My recipient was over the moon with the flowers that I sent to her. They included a lovely card with the bunch as well. It is the second time I have used B and M for flowers and cannot give them anything but good reviews. Delivery was exactly as I requested. Will certainly recommend B and M for anyone who wants to send flowers”
