“Freesia blast medium contained a grand total of TWO freesias, and 5 roses and a lot of just greenery. It was a gift to a relative mourning a deceased relative so was absolutely disgusted when that arrived. I dread to think what would have turned up if I'd gone standard rather than paying the extra for the medium as pictured which showed upwards of 9 roses and 12 freesias! Absolutely NOT as pictured and was classed as 'ok' by the customer service team.”
