“Did not realise B&M delivered flowers. First order today. Requested delivery in two day's time so fingers crossed will OK. If so, then i will order from B&M Flowers again.”

“Flowers were supposed to be next working day. Days later and still my mum hasn't received them. Live chat busy when i tried chasing it up. No tracking either. Very slow and misleading service, will not be using again. My poor mum is poorly and all I wanted was something to cheer 😢”
