“Once again lovely fresh flowers were delivered and they arrived on time. Sent to our sister in law who is coping with so much. She said they were lovely and cheered her up so much . Will use again as I have never been disappointed Thank you B&M for a great service at affordable prices”

“Flowers were supposed to be next working day. Days later and still my mum hasn't received them. Live chat busy when i tried chasing it up. No tracking either. Very slow and misleading service, will not be using again. My poor mum is poorly and all I wanted was something to cheer 😢”
