“On-time delivery without so much as a fuss. The thing that can be improved is that the flowers should have been wrapped in plastic or come in a mini vase rather than a wooden box. That was rather silly.”

“Send flowers each year as an xmas gift to a relative & feedback from them has been very positive😊 even said best i have ever sent them. Lovely protective wrapping, flowers were in a lovely condition & still going strong a week later.”
