“Flowers where NOT fresh, looked worse than garage bought flowers would have got three times the amount from Morrisons/asda or tescos for the money l paid....disgusting small not medium bunch of dried, sad looking flowers very disappointing and won't use B&M flowers again ...they've lost a small fortune from myself and other family members as all agree terrible flowers”

“i purchased flowers for a grieving mother - when i told B&M about it the customer "representative" Zahra.i had no remorse nor did she rectify the problem by refunding my money - insensitive idiot company - I am a frequent shopper at B&M - not no more after this!!”
