“Upon past experiences I would’ve rated B & M flowers 💐 with 4.5 to 5 stars. And for whatever reason, the flowers were not delivered. However the problem / error was rectified and my sister received her flowers albeit a few days later than planned. Thank you B & M. My rating now has gone back up to 5 stars.”

“B&M send beautiful flowers, and my recipients are always absolutely thrilled. Excellent value, fantastic range of bouquets, and always delivered when promised. I like the extra's too, like the vases, just in case. Just patiently waiting for somebody to spoil me.. I wouldn't use anyone but B&M, and can highly recommend!”
