“Used B&M for first time, order Sunday, delivered Monday. Recipients delighted, said the roses were stunning. Just one downside, was told flowers could be tracked and would be messaged when they arrived. No tracking or notification was sent! Recipients phoned to say thank you.”

“I wish the website told me what size of bunch was in the bundles, that would have made my decision easier. I think it was a medium as pictured. Also I'd have liked to know that the delivery failed and that they'd have to then go and pick them up, also that the card stated it was fresh flowers. Kinda ruined the surprise but if no-one is in that cannot be helped. Although my mum was very happy with her bundle so everything worked out okay in the end. I'd definitely give this company another go and with a few tweaks it would be a 5.”

“Very easy website to use ordered the flowers for my parents anniversary for the next day. However they arrived a day late. Beautiful bouquet lots of flowers good value for money. I did not receive an email though to say thar they were on their way or a tracking number!!!!”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday. They arrived when stated and the flowers were fine except there were less stems than stated. I contacted B & M who rectified this immediately. Thank you B & M. If it hadn't been for shortfall I would have given it 5*”
