“I have used BnMs flower service for some time and can honestly say that I have never had any reason to complain as they have all been beautiful. They last very well too and the options a great. The other gifts are very good as well. Highly recommended.”

“Large Bouquet of flowers purchased. Bought together with Chocolates as a thank you gift. Feedback from recipient was that the bouquet was absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown on the online photo. The flowers came in a very sturdy box, and were delivered on the day requested, with regular updates from Royal Mail as to the progress of the flowers up to delivery. Photographic proof of delivery was then sent to me. Would highly recommended B&M Flower. This is based on my own personal experiences.”

“I paid the extra for the next day delivery but the flowers were finally delivered 3 days later than this. Despite contacting the company all I was offered was a few pounds in credit to use on my next order (there won't be a next order) and an excuse that the postage is out of their control. The 24HR postage should be made clearer on their website that it maynot arrive in 24hrs. Not impressed!”
