“Never buy a warranty from this company. Several weeks after purchasing a warranty, I sold my boat. Called to cancel my warranty for a full refund but was told I had to wait 3 months. 6 months have passed and no refund. I called the BBB and filed a report. I received a phone call from boaters warranty stating I must remove my comment from the Better Business Bureau before my refund would be sent thru to me. I removed the comment review from BBB but still have not received my refund. I called many times but they would not answer are return my call. I wrote a certified letter to this company only to have the letter sent back unopened. Very frustrating. I will continue to press this issue. This company has the worst customer service. I rate them a 0.”
“This company is not legit. They take your money and then won't pay a claim. They won't answer the phone; they won't return emails. They say they provide towing with the warranty, but there is no way for you to reach them to get a tow provided. You would die on the water before they send anyone to come tow you.
“Very bad experience with these people. Terrible communication throughout a very long summer trying to get the repair completed and in the end they did not cover what they said they would. Had to dispute the charge to get my money back. Zero integrity and out to make a quick buck at your expense. Obviously they have a very busy staff writing fake reviews because no one wants to do business with this company.”
If you are trying to cancel a warranty you purchased from this company, expect to just be throwing it away or getting it 1 year later.
I left at least 25 messages in hope I would at least get a call back from someone to at least tell me I won’t be getting my $1000 back. At least have the common decency and basic standards of customer service to respond by email, phone, something, but that hasn’t happened in the last 4 months.”
