The product was simply placed in a plastic bag with no protective materials, and there were no warning labels or instructions, making it highly susceptible to damage during shipping or even when opening the package. Additionally, the response time is extremely slow. I received no response despite sending multiple messages and emails, and only got a brief reply after my fourth email.”
