“The website is not very user friendly. To many pop-ups when you hover over menu items make the website really annoying to navigate.
Also the website states typical shipping time within Australia is 24-48 hours after ordering.
I needed a board ASAP as I was visiting Australia and this is one of the reasons I chose to order.
I ordered on Tuesday afternoon, it took several days for the board to arrive at the store, it was finally dispatched on the Friday and arrived the following Thursday.
It would have been nice if the store had given a heads up that it would take so long. I may have changed my order to a board that was in stock and selected a faster delivery method.
That being said I ordered a board online with minimal effort and it arrived eventually, plugged in the right spot so that’s something.”
“Got sent two left fins, it was sorted out with ease and quickly. But the shipping company you used for the board Aramex I think, useless…. Didn’t knocked when they got to my house. We were inside having our morning coffee when they came and heard nothing. Left a call card, no address or number to call, found it online called 18 times in two days trying to find my board. Cost me $60 in Ubers going down to the depot over 2 days because their driver had taken it home in his van overnight. Got it the next morning.”
“Kids boards arrived in good time, however one of the boards had about a 150mm long indentation on the top side. It’s just a kids board so not overly concerned. Could of already been there or happened in transit.”

Purchase made 30/11, attempted delivery (so they say) 15/12, no attempt to deliver again or to respond to any emails, phone number connects you to a link to an overseas online chat agent that is extremely unhelpful.
I ended up going to Couriers Please myself because I had no idea where my parcel was, they sent me somewhere else to collect it, only to be told my parcel was infact at Couriers Please.
