“Hello you have donated two laminators to our school which after the first one broke you donated another one in April, this also has now broken and I am told because the two warranties ran together (Why two different machines) you won't replace it. it is a voyager A3 and we just have the one in the staff room that doesn't get used that much so really unimpressed that again it has broken. also if you turn it off unlike the old one it won't come back on again until completely cold which also is silly. Really grateful you have helped us in the past as simply we don't have the budget for what we thought would be a better quality machine but braking now is stupid and bearing in mind it wasn't used at all during the summer holidays.”
