“Ik raad bol.com ten zeerste af, ik zit nu al 3 maanden in een verschrikkelijke situatie dankzij hun.
Ik heb op 15 november 2023 een iPhone besteld met het ordernummer 403057479, maar ik heb het nooit ontvangen. Volgens de track-and-trace code zou het pakket op 18 november 2023 bij mij bezorgd zijn, maar dat was niet het geval. Ik heb ook geen handtekening gezet voor de ontvangst van het pakket. Toen ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, kreeg ik steeds dezelfde standaard e-mail waarin stond dat er voldoende bewijs was dat het pakket wel geleverd was. Ik heb meerdere keren gevraagd om dit bewijs te zien, maar daar gingen ze niet op in. Ze negeren mijn klacht en laten me volledig in de kou staan. Dit is een zeer onprofessionele en onredelijke manier van omgaan met iemand die al bijna 10 jaar klant is. Ik ben dan ook zeer teleurgesteld en boos over deze situatie. Ik voel me simpelweg opgelicht en bedrogen door bol.com, een miljardenbedrijf die een student laat betalen voor een product wat nooit geleverd is. Ook niet nadat ConsuWijzer en het Juridisch Loket zeggen dat ik volledig in mijn recht sta.
Bol.com is tegenwoordig een onbetrouwbare en slechte webwinkel, jammer om te zien dat het zo achteruit is gegaan.”
