“This company is inefficient. They are happy to send out online orders and congratulate themselves constantly. They even talk themselves up on their answerphone. I am familiar with this message because they don't answer their phone. Their email response time is awful. I have now been waiting four weeks for the refund of £624.95 for returned goods. They acknowledged receipt, but I am now having to use legal means to get my money back. Don't trust them. Their products are of good quality but their customer service is lamentable.”
