An item I was sent was in such a poor state that it should not be for sale. I ordered a wooden windmill for the garden, it was poor quality (like pallet wood but worse) it arrived faulty, broken, poorly assembled, splintered wood, green mould, dirty stains etc. The item was complicatedly packaged into a ‘just big enough’ box, so by the time I had unpacked it all for inspection there was no way it was all fitting back in the box. I was unable to return the item, and contacted customer services with extensive pictures of the product to be told that as I was choosing to keep the item they would offer me 10% off for the fault. It’s so bad it’s almost laughable. I kept telling them I couldn’t return the item but several generic responses later, I am resigned to the fact I have lost my money. Customer services are useless and don’t actually read & understand what the problem is, they just respond with whatever cut & paste reply seems to fit the bill (but it never does) The item was £39, and ended up in the dustbin.

Never arrives, Evri lose your parcels and they don't do eff all about it, wait 3 days then call us, we will send the item out again. Call after 3 days and get told to wait ANOTHER 3 DAYS! Uncaring company especially when the goods were for a gift and never arrived!

This company is a scam! I ordered from Bonprix Greece a set of bras, but I received a different set, of very poor quality and at a completely different price. After negotiations, we agreed that they would send me a replacement with a 50% discount. But after 2 months the parcel arrived and they requested payment 3 times more expensive the cost of my goods. I was shocked 😲

I bought a black cardigan from bpc through freemans .It is a disgrace. The trim round the neck has come adrift in the first week of wearing I have now had to repair itthree times.Shoddy workmanship

Hi yes I placed an order 3 weeks ago and never got my order I tried to call and text and email and I got no response this company really takes you for a ride bad experience we never do business with them again I lost $74 and change it's okay I learned my lesson I advise nobody to do business with them or you get is to run around.

One star is too good for their cynical and irresponsible behaviour : Their website promised a 25% discount on the 1st purchase by opening their credit account. On the face of it, this makes their prices competitive compared to other online sellers and covers their ludicrous £25 delivery fee. The website said the discount would be applied at the end so went through the application process and at the end no discount was applied and there was no explanation as to why. The website then showed that the credit application was successful and that the order was being prepared. A crude and irresponsible attempt at getting folks onto their 39.9% APR credit scheme. Once it was clear their promised discount wasn't happening and that the items would actually cost considerably more than was available elsewhere, attempted to cancel the order and the account but there was nowhere in their online "my account" webpages that allowed that. Eventually, found a "webchat" option beneath several layers in one their more obscure menu items. After many minutes of conversing with a automated answering service, eventually got connected to an actual person who said they would cancel the order and the account. Still waiting for confirmation and an apology for wasting several hours. Best to avoid unless looking for overpriced goods with a high delivery fee and an expensive credit scheme.

I wish here could be option 0 star) Been charging me 5 or 6 times on Flexi way account @BY MISTAKE@ Now over 1 month batteling with them to get my money back...NO RESPONCE AT ALL

Underwear has no lycra in it as before. Absolutely disgusted with the items I purchased. Pathetic quality. I am returning them for a full refund.

I wanted to ask what about my order? It's ridiculous how long I've been waiting. I am very disappointed I love the bonprix for the quality but it is disgusting that I wait almost 2 weeks for order

I have placed my order on the 6th November and still have not received it (1st December). Sent an email, no reply. Tried to call twice but got cut of after a while. The worst experience.

I was suppose to have a tumble dryer delivered on the 28th of august it’s now the 11th of September and still nothing I’ve called them and emailed them and I just get the same thing somebody will be in touch, a bloke rang me today asking if I’ve received it of course I haven’t so he said he’d get back to me but as it’s Friday it won’t be till Monday now however I went on my account and it says it’s been delivered on the 9th of September and that I owe them for delivery how this is possible is beyond me as I paid in full and for delivery I’m absolutely fuming and anybody thinking of shopping with this company I wouldn’t bother there beyond rubbish. If I could give them no stars I would.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Worst company ever. I never received my products and they also refused to refund me! After loads of emails and phone calls and excuses “we can’t send emails to you”, “we contact you shortly”, we had a problem with your refund” and the list goes on.... DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THOS COMPANY AS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Please be careful!! I have reported them and contacted a lawyer already and will go all the way to court if needed. All I want is my money back...

Incredible what I have just experienced with you! I made an order on March 29th, 2020 and still received nothing today, April 27th, 2020! On April 24th, 2020 I wrote you an email and got NO response. When I called the hotline, I was informed that I should have called Bonprix again after paying the bill to let them know that I had let the payment out ?! An absolute imposition of something! Don't you have an accounting department that checks that? What if I hadn't run after you, would you have just kept my money without sending the goods to me? That was the last order I ever made from you! I just find an insolence something like that! I'd rather order from ZALANDO again!

Appalling product and service because of a lack of attention to detail and completely innaccurate dispatch promises. Why pay for any postage at all - many items arrive OVER TWO WEEKS after they have been ordered. Sizes are completely inconsistent, some 6-8 labelled women's trouser sizes coming up as 12-14's....other T-shirts sold as Size 10 more like baggy 14's...and some turning up SMALLER than advertised!! Dispatch is also often marked and emailed to you clearly, but for items that are not even included in the package that arrives! Had a seam fault on an item worn for barely a week, which I photographed and sent in - only to be firmly told they would have to examine the item and I would be liable to further costs if found that an obvious seam weakness was somehow my fault !! Please don't buy with this company, you WILL be disappointed. They really should return all postage monies charged for items which take longer than the 5 day postage stated. Also some very cheaply made items with shortcuts such as insecure waist-elastic-inner that twists after a wash.

Ik heb zwangerschapsparka met Art.nr 91682681 besteld bij bonprix. Nu is na een half jaar gebruik de rits kapot. Bonprix geeft helaas niet thuis wat betreft garantie, maar ik denk dat een jas langer dan een half jaar mee hoort te gaan. Enige wat me aangeboden is, is 10% korting en gratis verzending. Ik ben al jaren goede klant en ben niet blij met deze afhandeling. Voor andere potentiële klanten. Bonprix heeft een hoop producten, maar verwacht geen service of garantie. Mij zijn ze kwijt als klant en ik zal proberen anderen te waarschuwen voor dit bedrijf. Gr Sanne

I wanted to give no stars. Lost my return in warehouse so I didn't get credited. Charged me £4.95 for 'late' parcel which I received on 1st Oct and returned on 2nd so that was wrong too as I had until 14th to return it. I have receipts from Hermes. Pay me back. I was told they have been holding money of mine for over a year without sending me a statement, letter, email or phoning. Is that even allowed? I found out by accident.Customer Services said things often get lost and 'not to worry' well sorry I want my £15.99 pronto. Everyone on customer services says something different so you don't know what is going on. They never take ownership of the problem and actually do anything. They cut you off if they don't want to deal with a problem and this happened to me. They had all my details but kept saying they can't find me on their database and send them again. Wrong. Letter came with facsimile signature so no personal service just a standard letter saying my problem has been resolved. Wrong again, I've asked for answers to lots of questions which they constantly ignore. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I'm 75. They just don't care. They say to please let them know if I'm still dissatisfied because I could go to the Ombudsman but they'd prefer to deal with me. I've written to two of their board members which I found online (Otto Group) asking if they think all this is acceptable. I have also written today to their customer services manager Diane Marczynski whose 'signature' was on my letter. Just a facsimile, obviously and a standard printed letter again obviously. No personal service, nothing done about my questions. Sick to the back teeth with them. Don't bother ordering anything from them they are a waste of space. I shall continue until I get my money back, and I will not give up. This company is broken.

Absolutely terrible company!! I ordered 3 polo shirts for work, they gave an estimated delivery date but the items did not turn up til long after this date (I waited about 2 weeks) When the items did turn up only 2 of the polo shirts were in the bag. On the invoice it stated that 1 of the polo shirts would be delivered on another day (not impressed) I have waited and waited and the 3rd polo shirt still has not arrived and it's now been about a month. I was relying on these polo shirts for work so I needed them a.s.a.p. The 2 polo shirts I do have are great when you wear them once but as soon as you wash them they are a nightmare to iron as they crease badly. I would not recommend this company to a friend, not even to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money on them.

Very disappointed ordered for the first time to told for three days in a row that my order would be delivered then when it came the bag was ripped open with an item missing then I have to wait a further 10 days for my money back shocking
