Having returned a pair of trousers that had holes in the fabric therefore faulty expected to be refunded for my costs of returning parcel as stipulation in their own terms and conditions.

I ordered 2 dresses in June which still have not arrived. I have tried ringing, but after 40 and 50 minutes wait I gave up.I have emailed them three times, the last time axking for a refund. I have never received a reply to any of them. In effect they have taken my money and lots of other peoples, with no intention of supplying the goods. This surely must be illegal. Are they going bust !

I’ve been waiting for a refund for over two months! I didn’t even order anything, there was a system error and they took money from my PayPal account. Terrible customer service, nothing is ever concluded. They’ve stolen from me really and they couldn’t give a damn. Steer clear of this disgusting company!

They never pick up the phone on customer services. Or answer e mails. Still waiting for my refund after two weeks. I like there clothes but wo t be ordering again. Very disappointed

I returned and paid for a parcel to be returned back to bonmarche and three weeks later i am still waiting for my refund. I have had better feed back from temu no quibbling about anything.

Sizes are inconsistent and are either huge or tiny ! Returns have to be paid for unlike most companies, and I'm still waiting to be recieve a refund from several weeks ago .

New branch is Blackburn Lancashire…I purchased a fine knit sparkling thread top in mauve…I wore it once and the threads were damaged in various places after being worn once…I took it back and complained about the fragility of it…the staff would only let me choose something else in replacement…there was nothing else I wanted, …they wouldn’t offer a credit note or a refund…a very hard faced manager…I’ll never shop there again…on my way home I threw it in a bin with the receipt.
