“ Having returned a pair of trousers that had holes in the fabric therefore faulty expected to be refunded for my costs of returning parcel as stipulation in their own terms and conditions. ”

I have never received a reply to any of them. In effect they have taken my money and lots of other peoples, with no intention of supplying the goods. This surely must be illegal. Are they going bust ! ”
