Absolutely disgusted, you had Evri pick up a parcel from our address, returned goods to the value of £120, which was tracked to their depot, but somehow, never reached there our was stolen, and you don't want to reimburse us,disgusting, pensioners in our late 70s, struggling, and that's the service we get.

I have wasted 1-2 hours today trying to contact Bonmarche by all your social media/ customer service channels - all who refuse to help! It's not their fault apparently.

I ordered £154. Worth of good on the 24/07/25. After 3 day Evri, the delivery company emailed me to say there was a problem.I have never received thst order. No communication from Bonmarche or Evri. I had to start chasing. That's when I was told that my order was lost in transit. I said I wanted a refund. I was told ok. When I checked the following week, I still hadn't had my money back. I then had to sit on the phone for 15 minutes to get through to someone. She kept saying hiw sorry she was and that the refund hadn't bern processed and that she would do. The worst part is she kept say she was sorry but then she started laughing!!. There was nothing to say I'll send you some form of compensation for your time, just someone trying to hind the laughing in her voice. Such shame, as the shop ladies are so nice and very good at their jobs. Wish I could say the same for the people at customs service!!

Appalling customer service. I paid Evri to return but the courier refuses it because o return label. Cannot reach Bonmarche by telephone or email. Disgusted

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering trousers which have never arrived. No reply from telephoning customer service and no reply to e.mails either. Never used to be this bad, won't order from them again.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for over two months! I didn’t even order anything, there was a system error and they took money from my PayPal account. Terrible customer service, nothing is ever concluded. They’ve stolen from me really and they couldn’t give a damn. Steer clear of this disgusting company!

Ordered and paid for an order which has not arrived. Terrible customer service. There is no response to either emails or telephone calls. I suspect they have taken my money and are unable to fulfill the order. Worst customer service ever.

After contacting customer services on 3rd January I returned a pair of jeans as they were faulty and sent proof of postage as asked too .

Again I have been caught out by paying through PayPal and then found out returns can't be taken back to the store. This is ridiculous as other retailers allow this. Why are we not warned about this when paying for online goods. Not good customer service Bonmarche.

Says it’s been delivered on tracking but now says TikTok shop! Tried customer services on fb, contacts page on their site and still nothing! All because I purchased through PayPal! Horrible service never again I’m guessing Iv lost out on my refund unless they find the damn thing! Would not use again.
