I would award 0 stars if possible, due to dreadful "customer service. " They sent me two identical orders...their error not mine. I sent two emails, over 10 days...no response at all! Telephoned today, they would not accept responsibility, and insist I pay the return postage. Unbelievable when it wasn't my fault. I Will never shop with them again.

Simply don’t use PayPal, you can only return goods via postal service which you have to pay for

Having spoken to customer service several times I believe there's a hold up in the warehouse most probably as their clothes are generally of poor quality and the warehouse is swamped with returns.

Having returned an items 3 weeks ago I have not had an acknowledgment from my emails or any refunded. This company is unprofessional. Even my local shop says their customer service are useless Dont buy anything online. This company does not care

Evri are recommended for return and l have had an awfull experience with them who lost a parcel l was returning and it took me 4 months to get my money back So l will never shop in Bon marche again This is not customer service it is a con.

Orders a few times and waited and waited but no parcel arrived. Contacted customer service and they said it’s delivered check with neighbours and parcel drop-off centre. But they could not tell me where the parcel was dropped off at. Email again they said it was signed for but would not tell me by who. Now said they will refund half but they are at a loss. Still waiting on my half of refund. Avoid at all cost !!!

They sent my parcel via Hermes never arrived contacted customer service several times asked to speak to a manager told no one was available they tried to contact Hermes courier they didn't respond to them after 3 days told there wasn't anything they could do Christmas presents aren't going to arrive thanks Bonmarche we were a loyal customer use a reliable courier if i was you

Ordered sandals online but was sent wrong size by Bon Marche. Have now been told I have to return them by post and pay the postage. It also means a bus journey to post office which I will also have to pay for. Appalling customer service. Will not use again

Ordered sandals online, paid delivery charge to deliver them to a store. Travelled 11 miles to pick them up. Sandals were too big, asked for a refund when I was at the store, was told sandals needed to be returned online. Absolute rubbish service. Returned them online and had to pay the postage. Will never ever buy or recommend this company again
