“I’ve been a customer of Bonprix for quite a long time, and unfortunately, the overall experience has become increasingly disappointing.
For over 20 years, the men’s jeans and trousers collections seem to have remained almost unchanged. There’s been little to no effort to keep up with modern fashion trends, making the products feel outdated and uninspired.
Even more concerning is the noticeable decline in quality. The materials used are extremely poor—many items feel disposable. After just one wash, the fabric often fades, loses its shape, or looks worn out. Considering the prices, which keep increasing year after year, this drop in quality is unacceptable.
What’s most troubling is the misleading labeling on some products. Many men’s items are marked as “100% cotton (Africa),” yet the fabric clearly feels synthetic—more like breathable polyester than actual cotton. This raises serious questions about transparency and product honesty. How can such items be sold under the label of pure cotton?
Overall, higher prices combined with lower quality and questionable material descriptions make it very hard to trust or recommend Bonprix anymore.”
“I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered multiple items in specific sizes, and every single piece was delivered in the wrong size. This isn’t just one mistake — it’s the entire order.
It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I was counting on these clothes for an upcoming event. There was no quality control, and clearly no one double-checked the items before shipping. Now I have to go through the hassle of returns and wait even longer for what I actually paid for.
Definitely not the kind of experience I expected. I won’t be ordering from this store again unless their process improves.”
