Boohoo are withholding my refund. Communicating with them is non-existent! I’ve had to escalate the matter through my bank. Awful company and won’t be using them again.

Returned an item 08.12.2025. Waited for 2 weeks for my refund, as I have got an email saying that they received my returned items. £50 worth of items. They have been saying I will need still to wait. Got in touch with customer service again. Again same story that I need to wait. Now emailed them, and now they are saying it is too late as the return was made long time ago. WHAT DO YOU MEAN???? You have been telling me to be patient and wait and NOW IS TOO LATE and you can not do anything to help me with???? WHAT A JOKE BOOHOO has became.

VOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Made a large order for winter clothes never having issue with returns previously. Returns sent and I have been given a gift card instead of a refund! I have not received any decent human interaction regarding this via Messenger or Whatsapp therefore resorting to email and opening a case with RESOLVER. A default option is not legally binding! A pre-selected default does NOT count as consent under UK consumer law! A voucher refund is only valid if the customer actively chooses it! The Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act requires you to prove I actively selected this! Waiting for hear more but wont ever be using them ever again!

Orders 5 pairs of jogging bottoms of which all 5 were faulty with hole, poor stitching and all the typical hall marks of a child sweat shop in a 3 world country! Boohoo have been dragging out the refund for 2 months now and still no refund! Poor quality items and even worse customer service! Will never use again!

Title: The Worst Retail Experience, Avoid Boohoo.com I returned my order to Boohoo.com because the items arrived damaged and were of horrible quality. I followed their return instructions carefully, and the return was confirmed as received by Boohoo (both through tracking and an email from them). They even emailed me saying my refund was on the way, but two months later, I still haven’t received it. Boohoo’s customer service is impossible to reach. You only get automated replies, and there’s no way to contact a real person for help. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through all available channels, nothing has been done. I’ve now had to open a PayPal claim to try to get my money back. This has been the worst retail experience I’ve ever had, I strongly advise others to stay away from Boohoo.com.

I ordered a pair of jeans from boohoo which was recommended to me by a friend as they have a lot of jeans options. I bought a pair of jeans for around £30 and paid £6.99 for next day delivery as I had a conference two days after and I wanted to order in advance. I paid extra to receive the package the next day so if I’m not satisfied, I can look for another option. I was supposed to receive the package the next day at 9 pm but I didn’t receive it until two days after (day of the conference )at 9 am so I didn’t even get to wear it. I could only contact with boohoo through messages as they don’t have any other form of contact and they were quite dismissive and the three times I spoke to them they told me an agent would get in contact with me and I waited days to be contacted by them (which clearly they didn’t ). This just shows how little they care for customers and their needs. £6.99 might not sound like much but if I am told I will receive my package the next day that’s what I expect, and if there was any issue with the Weather or anything, I should’ve at least be told or given an option to cancel my order.Overall I won’t be buying from them again as they have shows how little they care for customers.

I ordered and paid £170 on 22nd October, I’ve not received my items, it only says in progress, I contacted customer service multiple times, bot replied it will be delivered. And now not even the bot replies. They took my money and not sent the items I paid for. No communication, nothing. It’s now 28th. It is illegal to take someone’s money knowing you are unable to dispatch. I am taking legal advice

I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from Boohoo. I placed my holiday outfits three weeks in advance, yet the delivery was abysmal: no updates, constant delays, and poor service all around. When I finally contacted customer service, it took almost a month for them to reply and their “response” was just a generic apology and a refund, with no acknowledgment of or solution for my original issues. Do not waste your time or money with Boohoo.

I dont mind most of the products from Boohoo but when I have had to recently return an item, its taken 4 weeks so far and im still awaiting my refund. 2 weeks to confirm they have received it and apparently a further 3 weeks to check item and initiate a refund. To have to wait 5 weeks for a refund is not acceptable. This system obviously needs looking at!

This is a tricky one. I like BooHoo.com, it's reputation is a little iffy but needs must. I recently ordered a sweatshirt from them them a guest buyer (no account) it arrived, I didn't like it and I want to return it. Now this is difficult as they do not have a customer service chat or phone number. I had to open an account to apply to return this garment and the process still does not work! I'm furious! BooHoo? What do I do with this sweatshirt 🤔

Some of the outfits ive bought from boohoo have been ok at best. I think the quality of some of the clothes arent that great, i know you kinda get what you pay for but i never seem to be able to order things that fit or even look true to the pictures, maybe its just me but ive been put off ordering from here now.

Brought several items from boohoo Over the past couple months- all of the clothes and accessories have been of great quality, and the fit is true to size. Delivery is really quick, and when I had a query over one of my orders, boohoo were fast to reply and were very helpful!

Ordered a New dress, Came clearly worn before covered in wrinkles and a button missing! Was told i would receive new dress as replacement never heard back from them! Nothing! Disgusted and will not be returning ever!

Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated!

Wow! Beautiful clothes in big sizes. I'm a 22 and just bought trendy, sexy clothes lol that actually fits. The quality was amazing for the price. My new favourite online clothes shop!
