“This is a tricky one. I like BooHoo.com, it's reputation is a little iffy but needs must. I recently ordered a sweatshirt from them them a guest buyer (no account) it arrived, I didn't like it and I want to return it. Now this is difficult as they do not have a customer service chat or phone number. I had to open an account to apply to return this garment and the process still does not work! I'm furious! BooHoo? What do I do with this sweatshirt 🤔”

I think the quality of some of the clothes arent that great, i know you kinda get what you pay for but i never seem to be able to order things that fit or even look true to the pictures, maybe its just me but ive been put off ordering from here now.”

“Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated!”
