“Terrible customer service spoke with at leat 10 people via e mail all giving different answers awful service and quite rude”

“Ordered 2 items 1 out of stock even though was charged for 2. Paid for next day delivery , item never arrived , been in touch with boohoo they say they cant refund me until I send item back . Cant send an item back that has not arrived.”
