Ordered 6 Boohoo garments via Debenhams. Arrived quickly. Quality horrendous.....cheap, thin, un-threaded material. Have looked at the returns reviews and not even going to bother returning.......a lesson learnt and will not be ordering again! Disappointed.

They wanted me to pay for even though I signed up for premium delivery service which offers free returns, and I emailed over ten times to try an get a new label or some sort of help, and every response I got was different from the last one.

Sizing was awful. Followed their chart to XL shirts. One was a medium (where my arms cold not breath) and the second was a large.
The returns are shocking also. You have to pay to send an item back and I could not locate a contact number or email.

They charge $4 for international returns, just for the label, when they aren't actually paying for the return shipping. Yes, you'd still need to pay at the post office. Not buying from them anymore!

Returns & Refunds: I understand fully that we are in a midst of a pandemic, however, this company should suspend there expedited 2-3 day shipping if they don't plan on refunding you for items that aren't guaranteed to arrive by the designated timeframe.
