shocking company, sent me the incorrect item, they want me to return said item but won't get it collected they want me a full time working single mum to drag my 3 & 4 year old children on a hour round trip walking at 6 o'clock at night in the cold and rain to send the incorrect item back to be able to get my correct item ALL BECAUSE THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, what they have sent me is worth £7.50!!!!!!! i have explain the circumstances to them and requested it got collected. nope they won't do it. speaks volumes of the type of company Boohoo is, they are willing to make me and my children do that through their error!!!! absolute disgrace. i will never shop at this low customer value company again. they havnt cared in the slightest then act like their doing me a favour by saying once i returned the incorrect item send proof of returning and they will send the correct item on a next day delivery when i paid next day for the original order and it should have been in that parcel!!!! never again Boohoo!!!

I placed an order on Monday 26th June on their Guest checkout to be delivered next day delivery via Click and collect.

Why they use this rubbish deliverly company called ermis i just dont know surly they can see the number of complaints from customers when people order next day delivery then thats what they want Not days later when its to late surly such a well none Boohoo company as you are is it not important that customer keeps ordering Boohoo please end the contract with This company

Items were ordered last Sunday on next day delivery. Items not arrived. Iv tried to go on their chat and send emails, with no response. I am a loyal and excellent customer, who unfortunately will not be ordering again.

I bought some items to be delivered to Göteborg, Sweden on 27 November 2022, but Boohoo sent my package to Örebro, Sweden, which is more than 4 hours of train ride from my delivery address.

Why on earth does Boohoo use Hermes /Evri for their deliveries?!! they are useless. I've paid for next day delivery, which apparently doesn't actually mean next day it means 1-2 days... and it still hasn't been delivered! will I get the £6 delivery fee refunded?! probably not, effing ridiculous. Massively put off of ordering with them now because of the choice of courier.

Their return process is not easy nor fast to get the refund. Delivery also takes minimum of 4days. And overall, quality of product or items not fantastic.

Delivery was prompt but the product left a rather disappointing impression on my first purchase from Boohoo.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I recently purchased 8 items via KLARNA but they only shipped 2. After I reached out for help they refused to and told me that all items were shipped and they aren’t refunding or replacing the items. It’s also weird how they didn’t include receipts or order information, no paperwork at all. BUYER BE AWARE! Boohoo USA IS OUT HERE SCAMMING PEOPLE! Record yourself opening your delivery
