Absolutely awful company. I have 3 items missing from my order. No one apart from a bot has responded to me and now that's stopped. No reply to emails sent to customer service. I only wanted my missing items and express delivery refunded. Next stop is offcom, it's not about the money now it's the principle.

Ordered next day delivery paying £6.99. Item came after 2 days and no response from customer services for refund of postage, despite 3 emails, insta DM and messages on their own apparent contact us page. Absolute joke! Will never order anything from them again. What a con.

Paid for premium next day delivery, items arrived 2 days late. Can’t even return them unless I pay! No reply from customer service and whoever did Email tried to scam me into paying them hundreds via the Lemfi App! Beware, be warned and buy elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.

Been waiting for refunds to the value of £65.90, spread over two orders. I returned ,September 16th 2025 and 2nd October 2025. I Have constantly emailed and Watts apoed with the return receipts from Evri drop off your return parcels, to no avail. Going to write a recorded delivery letter to their physical address, then if I don't hear, going to police.

Order No Uk11064212904 I ordered a pair of boots from Boohoo today and decided to pay 12 months free delivery The fact is that the only reason I paid for the 12 months free delivery was because I was ordering the boots and I did not want or need it for any other reason.

I've asked for proof of the cctv but no, Inpost wont accept a claim unless its by the company who paid/arranged the delivery, Have asked Boohoo to do a claim and still awaiting a reply but doesn't answer how the tracking shows Boohoo received it and they are taking no responsibility for receiving it.
