I emailed them straight away, they said they'd send through a free returns, I never got it and put a request in for a refund.

MUK115145162 Dishoneat company. Returns process is designed to make things difficult to return so you don’t return items and they keep your money. Been waiting months for refund scamming cunts.

I ordered a dress that was stated as 'white' on the description, looked white on the image, but when it arrived it was a yellowy ecru colour, nothing at all like the image on the site. It was also very mediocre in quality, certainly not worth the £28.99 price tag. I paid £4.50 delivery and £1.99 to return - £6.50 outlay for nothing. I also cannot understand why I should be charged £4.50 to have the item delivered but only £1.99 Royal Mail via their returns service to return the same item in same packaging?? First and LAST time for ordering on Boohoo for me, never ordered before, won't be ordering again

ordered clothes i had to wait nearly 10 days to received my order even tho i had an email staying he was being delivered so i waited on for, which then I was disappointed as 3 out the 4 items was see-through and when returning there was no return slip so had to email for one and then sent me a returns slip i have to print out!

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered from Wallis online, jeans were way too small and dress was far too big. Quality was also poor. Couldn’t get a returns label whatever I tried. Eventually found out Wallis was part of Boohoo and I had to jump through hoops to finally get a returns label from them. Returned items and it took weeks and many e-mails to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!!!!

Ordered 6 Boohoo garments via Debenhams. Arrived quickly. Quality horrendous.....cheap, thin, un-threaded material. Have looked at the returns reviews and not even going to bother returning.......a lesson learnt and will not be ordering again! Disappointed.

sizes are VERY inaccurate its become a joke now, and the returns process is inconvenient shouldn't bother spending your money here

They wanted me to pay for even though I signed up for premium delivery service which offers free returns, and I emailed over ten times to try an get a new label or some sort of help, and every response I got was different from the last one.
