“ Owed loads in Returns via Boohoo!! Absolutely disgusting Service. ”

“ I have been shopping with Boohoo for years! even pay for the premier I have been trying to get my money for the items they received in oct/Nov and just keep getting fobbed off with: please wait for our customer service team to contact you!!! They told me I selected a voucher that should be sent via email but yet not received that either. How hard can it be to send a code? ”

“ Their customer service is either mentally challenged, or they are purposefully dragging their feet, my return was sent a day after receiving it (one item incomplete, others not like pictured) and I paid extra to have a tracking number, so I received confirmation they received my return parcel on September 30th. ”

I only wanted my missing items and express delivery refunded. Next stop is offcom, it's not about the money now it's the principle. ”
