I have been shopping with Boohoo for years! even pay for the premier I have been trying to get my money for the items they received in oct/Nov and just keep getting fobbed off with: please wait for our customer service team to contact you!!!
They told me I selected a voucher that should be sent via email but yet not received that either.
How hard can it be to send a code?

Their customer service is either mentally challenged, or they are purposefully dragging their feet, my return was sent a day after receiving it (one item incomplete, others not like pictured) and I paid extra to have a tracking number, so I received confirmation they received my return parcel on September 30th.

Absolutely awful company. I have 3 items missing from my order. No one apart from a bot has responded to me and now that's stopped. No reply to emails sent to customer service.
I only wanted my missing items and express delivery refunded.
Next stop is offcom, it's not about the money now it's the principle.

Paid for premium next day delivery, items arrived 2 days late. Can’t even return them unless I pay! No reply from customer service and whoever did Email tried to scam me into paying them hundreds via the Lemfi App! Beware, be warned and buy elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.

Absolutely disgusting with Boohoo and their returns service. They received my parcel on the 12th July and have emailed twice with 2 different refund days - but still no refund. Same response every time I contact them. They just move the refund date even further forward. Crooks!
