Paid for premium next day delivery, items arrived 2 days late. Can’t even return them unless I pay! No reply from customer service and whoever did Email tried to scam me into paying them hundreds via the Lemfi App! Beware, be warned and buy elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.

Absolutely disgusting with Boohoo and their returns service. They received my parcel on the 12th July and have emailed twice with 2 different refund days - but still no refund. Same response every time I contact them. They just move the refund date even further forward. Crooks!

I returned a jacket over a month and a half ago, I've reached out to their customer service 5 times now. No response. No refund. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company because they clearly do not want to refund my money! Stay away!

Shocking, appalling, almost unresponsive customer service that tell lies!
You sent screenshots to me stating my refund was processed when it had actually failed at your end so nobody had even checked this through!
You were just taking it at face value the refund was processed!
You did not respond to me for about a week initially, this is completely unacceptable customer service and also customers cannot speak to a human.
