“ I ordered my son an outfit on there on 8/1. It says it hit U.S. customs on 8/12 and has been held there ever since. When I hit up customer service I was told to wait until 9/5 and if I don't receive it by then to contact them again. What a joke these people are!! Will never order again, I don't care if my son likes anything on there, he won't wait over a month to get it!! ”

I reached out to customer service who initially was very helpful however weeks later and still no package. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund or replacement. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Definitely feel like I scammed ”
